This site is published by a private individual acting in a non-professional, non-commercial capacity. It is not a company and generates no revenue. Under French law an individual publishing in this capacity may keep their name off the site provided the hosting provider is identified and holds their identity; that provider is named below and will pass on a lawful request.

This is an independent, fan-run project. It is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by or connected to Ankama Games in any way. DofusArena, Dofus, and all related names, logos, characters and artwork are trademarks or copyrighted works of Ankama Games, referred to here only to describe what this server is compatible with.
DofusArena 2 was discontinued by its publisher and its official servers were shut down. This project preserves it: an independently written game server, built from scratch by studying how the original client communicates, so the game can still be played. The server software is our own original work and is published under the MIT licence.
The DofusArena 2.70 client — the game program itself, with its artwork, audio and bundled runtime — is Ankama's copyrighted work, and we claim no rights in it whatsoever. We make it available for download, pre-configured so it connects to this server without manual setup. That includes a small modification to the client so its in-game links point here; like the client itself, that modification remains subject to Ankama's rights and we assert no ownership over it. It is offered for one reason only — so that a discontinued game stays playable — no money is taken for it, and it will be removed immediately at Ankama's request.
This service is free. We do not sell anything, accept donations, run advertising, or offer any paid advantage. There is nothing to buy here and no revenue of any kind — hosting is paid for privately by the operator.
If you hold rights in material used here and want it removed, you do not need to involve a lawyer. Write to the address below describing the material, and it will be removed promptly. We would much rather hear from you directly.
