This server is run by volunteers at their own expense. It costs nothing to use and nothing is for sale. It may be slow, may lose data, may change, and may be shut down at any time without notice.

You must be at least 15 to create an account yourself — that is the age at which French law lets you consent to your own data being processed. If you are under 15, a parent or guardian must give permission first and is responsible for your use of the service. We do not knowingly keep accounts for children under 13; tell us and any such account will be deleted.

One account is for one person. Keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not impersonate other players or staff.

No cheating, no exploiting bugs, and no modified clients or automation used to gain an advantage. No harassment, hate speech or threats. Do not use account names, coach names or chat to post anything unlawful. Report bugs instead of abusing them.

Playing requires the DofusArena 2.70 client, which we provide as a pre-configured download. It remains Ankama's property and is not ours to license: your use of it is subject to Ankama's own terms, and we will withdraw it at any time at their request.

The service is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. Your account, your characters and your progress carry no real-world value and can be lost. To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator accepts no liability for any loss arising from use of this service.

We may restrict, suspend or delete any account that breaks these terms or puts the server or its players at risk. Ordinarily this escalates — a warning first, then a temporary restriction, then suspension, and only then a permanent ban — but a serious case may go straight to the end of that list. You can delete your own account at any time from your account page.

If your account is sanctioned we will tell you why, and you have 15 days to contest it. Write to the address in the legal notice and a human will look again.

This is a volunteer project and may end. If we shut down permanently we will give at least 30 days' notice on the site where we reasonably can, so you have time to request a copy of your data. All player data is deleted when the service closes.

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your own place of residence, and nothing here removes rights your local law gives you. We will always try to settle a dispute amicably first.

The French version of these terms is the reference text. The English, Spanish and German versions are provided for convenience; if they conflict, the French version prevails.
